If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Purchases made on Amazon are supported by Amazon and follow Amazon's return policy, available here: Amazon Return Policy
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
All returns require an RMA authorization from us, which you can request at our contact page.
Items returned must be in like new condition.
In accordance with Amazon's policies, items which are returned and not accepted cannot be returned to the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. It may take several days for you to receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We warranty products sold by us to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, with no warranty expressed or implied towards fitness for any specific purpose other than as an under-insole.
This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or abuse of the product, use in an application other than that as an under-insole, or physical damage caused by perforation, cutting, exposure to solvents, sunlight, UV light and/or other physical abuse of the product.
Noene USA will choose to replace or refund, at our discretion, any item found to be covered by our warranty.
To file a claim on your warranty you can contact us through our contact form at noeneusa.com/contact/ or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may require proof of the defect in the form of images of the product or a physical return and inspection of the product.
